Terms of Service Agreement
All customers upon ordering sign service agree to the terms of service set forth by Easy Realty Sign LLC.
Easy Realty Sign LLC will provide installation, sign hardware, printed graphics for a
term of 120 days and sign removal thereafter.
Sign service may be renewed (for an additional 120 days) at a discounted rate within the last 10 days of the 120 day service period.
Orders submit by 3:00 pm will be scheduled for next day service or within 72 hours due to weekends, holidays, inclement weather, etc.
Sign print graphics are highly visible and conform with franchise realty logo standards.
Sign installation meets city/county requirements. Installers utilize general guidelines to display signs near property’s “front and center” or near the property entry for maximum exposure. Signs will not be installed over windows, on walls, common owned properties such as condominium community grounds or within three feet (3’) of sidewalks, utility/irrigation boxes or notable potential hazards. Unless a sign placement marker/stake is utilized, the sign installers discretion will determine the final placement. Sign placement marker/stakes are encouraged but not mandatory.
Easy Realty Sign LLC recommends customers use a sign placement marker/stake with a colored ribbon or painted top indicating where they permit a sign to be installed. Customers or property owners shall investigate a clear placement for the marker/stake where the sign installer will be directed to insert the ground support anchor without interruption or damage. The marker/stake is suggested to be driven approx. not more than twelve inches (12”) in depth and a half of an inch (1/2”) wide in the ground for assured clearance from underground damage.
Easy Realty Sign LLC sign system is designed as a “no-dig installation method”. The ground support anchor is mechanically driven into the soil not more than twelve inches (12”) in depth and a half of an inch (1/2”) wide. Due to a compact size, the system greatly reduces risk of damage to landscape, underground irrigation and utilities. Therefore, Easy Realty Sign LLC will not assume repairs/replacement for damages which may occur to any underground obstacles.
Signs are to be removed only by Easy Realty Sign LLC contractors.
Any damaged or missing signs will be charged to the customer in the amount of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00).
All Sign Orders are automatically directed to sign installers and cannot be interrupted or reversed. Therefore, Easy Realty Sign LLC. has a no-cancellation/no-refund policy. Customers may submit a Sign Removal Order to “stop” or discontinue service at any time.
Customers are responsible to submit accurate information regarding registration, such as property addresses, gate codes, guard gate clearances, lease listings and owner/agent listings (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for sign design acceptance/approval regarding Homeowner associations, Real estate agent/managers-client property owners, specific city/county approvals (if applicable) prior to order.
The inability of a Sign Order to be performed by the Installer due to incorrect Sign Order information (eg; invalid gate codes, guard gate non-permissible access, incorrect property address/info., property owner/tenant refusal) will require the customer to submit a Sign Order Correction and pay a Return to property fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) before the installer will resume the Sign Order.
Final proof-reading all information before order submission suggested.
Customers must submit a Sign Renewal Order to extend service within the last 10 days of the 120 day service period or submit a sign removal order to discontinue service. Sign Renewals extend service for an additional 120 days. All signs in-service beyond 130 days without a Renewal or Removal Order will be deemed abandoned and automatically removed. Abandoned signs that cannot be removed and collected due to non-permissible access will be considered a loss and the customer will be charged one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00).
Easy Realty Sign LLC reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any customers not in compliance with the terms of service agreement.
I, the customer, have read and understand the terms of the service agreement and agree to comply with the terms set forth by Easy Realty Sign LLC.
